Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of EXIZIP (the "Extension"), a Chrome Extension developed and operated by Stanrell ("we", "us"). By installing or using EXIZIP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

1. Description of the Extension

EXIZIP is a Chrome Extension that allows authorized QuickBooks Online users to export invoice PDF files and download them as ZIP archives to their own computers. Use of EXIZIP requires a valid QuickBooks Online subscription and account, which you must obtain independently from Intuit.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, Stanrell grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use EXIZIP solely for your own lawful business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercialize the Extension or its components.

3. Eligibility and account requirements

You must have a valid QuickBooks Online account and be authorized to access the data you export using EXIZIP. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Extension complies with your QuickBooks subscription terms and any applicable laws and regulations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EXIZIP to:

• Access QuickBooks accounts or data for which you do not have lawful authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt Intuit's services or infrastructure.
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures.
• Use the Extension in any way that violates applicable law.

5. No affiliation with Intuit

EXIZIP is an independent product developed by Stanrell. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. QuickBooks is a registered trademark of Intuit Inc. All QuickBooks-related trademarks remain the property of Intuit Inc.

6. Third-party services

EXIZIP uses Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization service. Your use of your QuickBooks account and Intuit's services is governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policies. Stanrell is not responsible for Intuit's services, availability, or data handling.

7. Data handling

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

EXIZIP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems or QuickBooks configurations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stanrell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use EXIZIP.

10. Changes to the Extension or these Terms

We may modify EXIZIP or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination, cancellation, and refunds

You may stop using EXIZIP at any time by uninstalling the Extension and disconnecting your QuickBooks account as described on the Disconnect page. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice.

EXIZIP subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Canceling your subscription prevents future renewal charges; it does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund or credit. Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable, including on a prorated basis, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
