Bulk invoice PDFs, packaged into one ZIP

The core workflow: choose the invoices you need and get one file back.

  1. Connect your QuickBooks Online company. Authorize EXIZIP through Intuit's official OAuth flow. Your QuickBooks credentials are entered on Intuit's own login page — never on ours.

  2. Select the invoices. Browse your invoice list inside the extension and select individual invoices, or export the whole list at once.

  3. Download one ZIP. Each invoice is saved as its own PDF file under a clear invoice-based filename, and the PDFs are packaged into a single ZIP archive that downloads to your computer. Built for bulk: dozens or hundreds of invoices in one pass.

Alongside PDF export, EXIZIP exports your QuickBooks Online records to spreadsheets in CSV and Excel (.xlsx).

Read-only by design

Read-only access — EXIZIP does not create, modify, or delete your QuickBooks records.

EXIZIP reads the invoice, customer and product/service records you ask it to export, builds the requested PDF, ZIP, CSV or Excel file in your browser, and downloads that file to your computer.

EXIZIP does not maintain a permanent copy of your QuickBooks accounting data.

EXIZIP uses a backend at api.stanrell.com to establish and maintain your QuickBooks connection. It holds limited technical authentication and session information — an encrypted OAuth refresh token and connection metadata — so that your authorization is kept between sessions. You can disconnect at any time from inside the extension, which deletes your connection record and requests revocation from Intuit. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

EXIZIP is available on the Chrome Web Store for Chrome on desktop.

Install EXIZIP, open the extension, select Connect QuickBooks, and authorize your company on Intuit’s sign-in page. Then choose the records you want to export.
